Can I use Salesmachine for free ?
Yep. We are on a mission to democratize Customer Success for all SaaS companies. You can use all the basic features for free with no limitation.
Are they any setup fees?
Nop. Unlike other platforms, we don’t charge anything for the set up. It’s totally self-service, super easy-to-use and our support team is here to help you.
How do I install Salesmachine in my app?
It is as simple as adding a Google Analytics javascript snippet. If you’re already using Segment.com, Mixpanel or Intercom, you can send live customer data without writing a line of code.
How does the 14-days free trial work?
Once you signed up on Salesmachine, you’ve a 14-days period to try all our paid features (except features in custom plan). After that period, you’re automatically switched to the free plan.
Can I send unlimited emails to my customers?
Yes, you can send as many emails as you would like. Salesmachine uses the email service provider of your choice to send emails (Sendgrid, Mailgun, Mandrill, Mailjet, Smtp).
Can I send unlimited customer data to Salesmachine?
We don’t limit the number of customer data you can send but you have to respect our rate limit (number of api calls per minute). Contact us if you have a high traffic volume.
What’s the difference between a contact and an account?
A contact represents a user of your application. An account represents a group of users using your application together (usually an account represents a company that pay for your product).
Is Salesmachine realtime?
Yes, you can view customer’s events and analytics as they happen in real-time. Salesmachine also triggers tasks, alerts and notifications in realtime.
What are integrations used for ?
Integrations allow a one-way synchronization to collect data from third party applications. All integrations can be installed and configured inside the product. Only Salesforce may need specific customization, please ask our support.
What's the difference between Team Assignment and Team Permission?
Team assignment means you can assign contacts and accounts to specific members of your team. Team Permission means you can restrict access to specific members of your team so they only access contacts and accounts they have been assigned to.
